Quality
shall
ensure the establishment of an effective and efficient management of corrective actions to
assess improvement opportunities in the Quality Management System (QMS).
This procedure establishes requirements on implementing effective corrective actions capable of satisfying
quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
They include all activities necessary to measure the efficiency of the corrective actions as:

Identification of the non-conformity or of any undesirable situation;
x
Evaluation of the magnitude of the problem;
x
Real and/or potential impact on BOS activities;
x
Investigation of the non-conformity or of any undesirable situation;
x
Root cause analysis;
x
Action plan management;
x
Plan implementation;
x
Follow-up with verification of closure.
