x

specifications;

x

Ensures that there is an appropriate procedure in place for staff handover and familiarization, both

ashore and on board vessels;

x

Includes provision for issuing work permits before any work is carried out, or any changes are made

to equipment;

x

Ensures that the potential consequences of a change are identified, together with any necessary

mitigation measures, and that the results are communicated to those affected by the change;
