BOURBON is composed of multiple Affiliate Organisations which are either 100% owned or in partnership in

joint ventures with other investors and publicly listed companies.

Affiliate Organisations, specific roles, responsibilities and accountabilities have been developed for shore

based management to better define the relationship and liabilities. BOURBON Affiliate Ship Management

Organisations have the legal and regulatory responsibility for vessel day to day management. BOURBON

Affiliate Contracts Management Organisations have the contractual responsibility for the provision of Marine

Services and/or vessel charter to an external client - (e.g. an Oil Major). Both Management and Contract

responsibilities can be with different Affiliates.
