Planned Maintenance Period (PMP) is to be understood as a period during which the vessel is immobilized
to perform scheduled and corrective maintenance in accordance with Class Society requirements and
maintenance schedule included in CMMS.
This period is scheduled upon Class Society bottom survey due period (annual for High Speed Crafts
registered vessels and at intermediate or renewal survey for other vessels), requiring the vessel to be
docked within this time frame. Classification Surveys intervals overview is detailed in Section § 4.19.2.
