Carrefour continues to expand and reach out to
new customers. The Group opened 810 new stores
during 2013, with new long-term prospects.

Opening of the 221st Carrefour
hypermarket in mainland France,
in Beauvais on September 23, 2013.
BRAZIL
The Group has some one hundred
Atacadão stores in the country,
following the creation of five new
outlets in 2013.
BELGIUM
Carrefour continued to expand, with
the opening of 10 new supermarkets
under the Market banner.
