In a will to improve continuously and to answer requirements more stringent than regulations,

implements actions and installs equipments for measuring and reducing environmental impacts from both
Vessel

Hea

ff
i
c
e
.
The latter mainly concern:
- Energy consumption;
- Air pollution;
- Water pollution;
- Waste management.

Appendix I
Prevention of pollution by
oil
Applicable for all vessels, considering they are not oil tankers.
However, some regulations for oil tankers are applicable to vessels carrying
oil in bulk of an aggregate capacity which is equal or more than 200 m

noxious liquid substances
in bulk
Applicable to vessels carrying noxious liquid substances in bulk.
Appendix III
Prevention of pollution by
harmful substances
carried by sea in
packaged form
Applicable to vessels carrying harmful substances in packaged form.
Appendix IV
Prevention of pollution by
sewage from ship
Applicable to vessels equal or above 400 UMS and vessels certified
carrying more than 15 persons.
Appendix V
Prevention of pollution by
garbage from ships
Apply to all vessels unless otherwise specified.
Appendix VI
Prevention of air pollution
from ships
Apply to all vessels unless otherwise specified.
