With a 68% level of free chlorine and a very low level of insoluble materials, the high purity of calcium

hychlorite makes it to be a sustainable alternative to chlorine.

Moreover, the storage life of the product allows less frequent loadings. Indeed, a 65% level of free chlorine is

warranted after a two-year storage period in normal storage conditions.

Its solid form makes it particularly easy to store, without specific installations or competences being required.

Its concentration at 5.4 times less than bleach allows to limit the site coverage of the storage and does not

imply any retention.

The order to be placed:

x

5 bottles of 450g each of HTH granular sanitizer product.

x

1 Chlorosense analyser referenced CS100.

x

1 Chlorosense electrodes referenced CS150.

The measurement of the free chlorine parameter will be performed using a CHLOROSENSE analyser,

through severally packed electrochemical collectors, permits a precise and redundant measurement within

55 seconds.

4.7.7.1 Frequency of the analysis:

- Fresh water is to be daily analysed on board after being loaded and treated with the hth granular

sanitizer product.

- Thereafter, the analysis are to be performed every three days if the parameter only evolve a little.

Fresh water tanks must be emptied, cleaned, disinfected and rinsed once a year, at least.

If the chloration is efficiently ensured, by maintaining a constant level of free chlorine, the risk of bacterial

contamination will be extremely restrained.

The UV desynfection system on board of all vessels of your network will make the desinfinction more secure

and reliable.

As far as warm water is concerned, the temperature of the circuit must constantly exceed 55°C, so that

bacterial development is avoided (legionellas cannot stand temperature exceeding 50°C).
