HSE meetings are an essential and integral part of the implementation of the SMS Documentation and are
an effective way of communicating to encourage participation through discussion, raise levels of
understanding and awareness, and identify areas for improvement and initiating suggestions and corrective
action.

HSE meetings

address health, safety, hygiene and environmental matters.
HSE meetings
shall
take place at all levels of management and throughout the operational organisation as
follows:

Vessel HSE meetings;

Company Quarterly Management Review, including HSE Committee meetings.
