In order to improve vessel integrity, a Computerised Maintenance Management Systems

is

used on board

each vessel as well and duplicated in Head Office.

Task Assistant

TM

is in use on most of vessels.

For other vessels where Task Assistant

TM

is not implemented, a set of tools approved by

Technical

(Excel file for maintenance jobs and spares inventory management, Docsea

TM

for spares

purchasing creation and follow up) is used as CMMS.

Built on the vessel equipment list, the CMMS main modules are:

x

Planned and corrective maintenance activities management. This includes

9

Unscheduled jobs (including Defect) creation, follow up and final report.

9

Scheduled maintenance activities follow up and final report (including survey jobs, alarms

test, tanks ballasts and void space inspections).
