Backed by a change in governance, this reorganisation aims to unlock talent, streamline processes and harness the strength of the team. The Development Division is now well represented on the Executive Committee, reflecting the recognition of private bankers’ professional expertise at the Bank’s highest decision-making level. Consultation with the teams has enabled us to build a more agile and empowering structure, promoting the delegation of responsibilities and the optimisation of information flows. From now on, there is just one level separating our bankers from the Executive Committee, thereby improving our responsiveness to our clients. This new structure strengthens our presence in key markets, particularly in Monaco, and enables us to address specific challenges, notably the preparation for the intergenerational transfer of wealth. Our customers will benefit from faster processing, a personalised service and optimised turnaround times. We are aiming for greater agility, improved visibility and broader access to the Crédit Agricole Group’s expertise in order to accelerate the roll-out of our comprehensive offering. The integration of new clients and staff from BNP Paribas Wealth Management Monaco has been carefully planned since the acquisition was announced in June 2025, with completion scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2026. Our objectives for the 2026–2028 Medium-Term Plan are clear: to put the client at the heart of our strategy.
