ANNUAL REPORT 2025

Wealth Management The fourth quarter was marked by a significant upturn in business activity, with a number of deals raising over €50 million, including a record-breaking US$680 million raised following the sale of a company by an international client. At the end of the year, we announced a new sales structure, which will be rolled out in early 2026. This transformation is part of a clear ambition: to be the leading banking partner, recognised for the excellence of our support and our creation of sustainable value. We are mobilising all our resources to strengthen the bond between our teams and adapt our model to meet the expectations of an increasingly well-informed and demanding clientele. The year 2025 has stood out for the solid growth of our business and our remarkable collective commitment. Our teams, made up of experienced private bankers, have a thorough understanding of the wealth management industry and take a modern approach to it, combining traditional expertise with innovation to serve our clients. Assets under management rose by 6%, driven by strong inflows as well as favourable market and exchange rate movements. Loans and receivables from customers rose by 1.3%, whilst deposits reached €5,812.2 million, up 6.3% year-on-year. The momentum in new business remains strong, particularly in the segments above €5 million and through third-party asset managers. New clients come equally from Monaco and abroad. Outflows were mainly related to international estate settlements and properly acquisitions financed without borrowing.
