Boosting cultural and managerial transformation Proactive planning has been at the heart of our HR strategy, particularly with a view to integrating the BNP Paribas Wealth Management Monaco teams, a process due to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Building on the success of Degroof Petercam’s integration into the Indosuez Group, we have rolled out a tailored support programme in Monaco to ensure cohesion, preserve our identity and foster a shared culture. This approach reflects our ambition: to build a strong team capable of welcoming new talent, sharing our values, and serving our clients with the highest standards and a deep sense of commitment over the long term. At the end of the year, a new survey designed to benefit both the community and customers was launched within the Crédit Agricole Group: the Confidence Index. The CFM Indosuez Confidence index score stands at 77%. This is an initial step that demonstrates a strong sense of unity and high confidence in the strategy, leadership and prospects of the Group and CFM Indosuez. We are continuing the momentum of the cultural and managerial transformation that has been underway at CFM Indosuez in recent years. Our People Initiative continues to shape our work and unite our teams around shared values: kindness, high standards and excellence. This shared culture, enriched by the diversity of our backgrounds and talents, fosters a sense of responsibility, trust and autonomy, whilst maintaining high standards to ensure collective performance. The reorganisation carried out this year drew on the commitment of our staff and forms part of our ongoing management transformation programmes. It has helped to strengthen cross-functional cooperation and collaboration, giving everyone the opportunity to play a full part in the development of our organisation. The year was also marked by a major step forward in terms of gender diversity: a woman has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for the first time in the bank's history.. The Executive Committee also reflects this trend, with women making up 62.5% of its membership. This trend is part of a wider picture within the bank, where the workforce is now perfectly balanced, with 52% women and 48% men. Diversity and inclusion remain at the heart of our HR strategy. We are continuing our efforts to promote inclusion, equal opportunities and the recognition of skills, in the belief that a diversity of perspectives and backgrounds enriches our team and enhances our ability to meet our clients’ expectations.
