jective
Establish and consistently apply planning and operational practices and procedures that support regulatory
standards and BOURBON policies.
Detailed procedures for operational planning, monitoring and execution are fundamental to the safety of
vessels and their crews, assets, and for the protection of the environment. Whilst the
Master
is ultimately
responsible for shipboard safe operations, Head Office management is responsible and accountable for
setting procedures and ensuring that they are maintained.
