Sebastiano Fortunato, producer of Datterino tomatoes, Carrefour Quality Lines, Pachino, Italy The farm was established in 1926 by my grandparents when they began selling vegetables in Sicily. They immediately recognised the exceptional and unique nature of this land, and continued to invest in the fertile, sun-drenched soil. Today, my brother Joe and I have taken over the family business, ensuring that its expertise in farming will be maintained in order to produce quality fruit and vegetables. That is why we joined the Carrefour Quality Lines initiative, so that we could guarantee customers environmentally friendly, tasty, quality Italian tomatoes.”
