The year was marked by the commitment of CFM Indosuez's teams to serving our customers, our Bank’s contribution to supporting theMonegasque economy, and our efforts to assist our cultural and charitablepartners and those dedicated to protecting the environment. The men and women of CFM Indosuez have demonstrated their commitment to our ever-more demanding and sophisticated customers through greater responsiveness in anextremely volatilemarket environment.We have strengthened our relationships with customers, despite the physical distance imposed by the pandemic. Even under tense working conditions, our customers continued to benefit from our commitment to excellence, thanks to the work of all our employees who provided support by sharing their specialised or technical expertisewith our sales teams. For example, during lockdown periods, the implementation of processes adapted to the situation allowed us to maintain the availability of all our services while protecting the safety of our employees and our customers. Our Bank’s contribution to the Monegasque economy included the decision to decline government assistance in the form of a Total Temporary Layoff (CTTR) reimbursement, and to instead take on the financial expense of employees whose missions cannot be carried out remotely and who found themselves without work. We also participated in initiatives to support companies in the Principality, joining other actors in the financial centre to offer financing adapted to the context of Covid-19. Our CSR (corporate social responsibility) policy guided us in carrying out a range of initiatives in 2020. If overall gender parity has been achieved at CFM Indosuez, where 50% of employees are women, the situation is different atmanagement level. This iswhy we decided to accelerate the support, training and promotion of high-potential female employees of the bank. This essential project is greatly important to us and we will continue to pursue it in 2021. The second example of a CSR action that we would like to highlight in this report is related to the Covid- 19 pandemic and StormAlex, which hit the region near Monaco. We chose to maintain or increase our financial support to our cultural and charitable partners and those working to protect the environment, whose commitment is remarkable. To this end, we notably decided to reallocate 30%of our budget allowance for end-of-year customer gifts to donations. CFM Indosuez has adopted the raison d’être of the Group to which it belongs: working every day in the interest of our customers and society.
