Nature and purpose On 9 March 2016, the Board of Directors authorized an increase in the gross fixed annual remuneration of Mr. Jérôme Bédier in respect of his duties as General Secretary of the Group. Terms and conditions Mr. Jérôme Bédier’s gross fixed annual remuneration is increased by €150,000 for the fiscal year 2016. Mr. Jérôme Bédier’s mandate as Deputy Chief Executive Officer ended on 18 July 2017.
