LIQUIDITY AND FUNDING RISK Liquidity and interest rate risks were monitored and managed at Treasury Committee meetings held on 7 March (by written circulation), 6 May, 10 September and 17 November 2025, as well as at ALM Committee meetings held on 27 March, 27 June, 25 September and 16 December. These measures are implemented in accordance with the Group’s guidelines and as described in the annual internal control report and its first appendix. There were no significant changes in the methodology used to monitor these risks during the 2025 financial year. Furthermore, all the required ratios and thresholds have been met. Details of liquidity and funding risk exposure are provided in Note 3.4 to the consolidated financial statements. OPERATIONAL RISKS Governance The Indosuez Wealth Group has implemented a standardised operational risk mapping framework, structured around a list of activities and processes common to all entities. This mapping applies to the internal control scope of CFM Indosuez Wealth Management and its subsidiaries. Since the first quarter of 2024, CFM Indosuez’s operational risk mapping has been integrated into the Enablon tool, enabling risks to be linked to controls and the departments responsible for them. As at 31 December 2025, each area of the operational risk mapping had been reviewed and approved by the relevant business line manager as part of the annual review and backtesting exercise (the 2024 backtesting having been carried out in the first half of 2025). At the request of Crédit Agricole S.A., the 2025 backtesting exercise (based on data as at 30 September 2025) was also carried out at the end of the year, with the risk map updated accordingly. The cross-divisional mapping of compliance, internal or external fraud and legal risks have been approved by Compliance and the Legal department. In addition, the Indosuez Group’s Purchasing map was integrated into that of CFM Indosuez in the fourth quarter of 2025. Since 2021, CFM Indosuez has strengthened its risk mapping by incorporating the risks of corruption and influence peddling, in accordance with the Sapin II Law. In 2025, a thorough review of processes and interviews with stakeholders confirmed that there had been no incidents of corruption in 2024. The results were approved at the CCI meeting in September 2025, and the fraud map was adapted to the local map. The main change in the measurement of operational risk in 2025 is the inclusion of costs and provisions for legal and HR disputes, in accordance with the new 2025 procedural standard implemented by Crédit Agricole S.A. Results and exposure Operating losses, excluding provisions and reversals, amounted to €2,411,000 in 2025, compared with €560,000 in 2024. This increase is mainly due to the settlement of a long-standing legal dispute and to a change in the calculation method in the third quarter of 2025, which now includes legal costs. These two factors alone account for 80% of the total losses for the year. Despite the increase in the volume of transactions processed on the stock exchange and the growth in our assets under management, the number and value of errors remain under control. The cost of operational risk, including provisions, stands at €1,948,000 in 2025, compared with €2,165,000 in 2024 and €928,000 in 2023, due to the recognition of additional provisions for existing litigation cases and the inclusion of litigation-related costs. Finally, with regard to the Business Continuity Plan and the IT security measures, these were subjected to thorough testing during the 2025 financial year, the results of which were deemed highly satisfactory. The overall level of IT security, assessed using specialist tools, regular audits and checks carried out by experts, continues to meet the Group’s requirements. However, given the emergence of new threat scenarios, particularly those linked to the development of artificial intelligence, raising staff awareness and strengthening information systems and applications are key priorities for continuous improvement.
