IMPACT OF THE RUSSIA-UKRAINE CONFLICT ON CFM INDOSUEZ'S BUSINESS Since the start of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Monegasque authorities have introduced a series of sanctions against Russia and its citizens. These sanctions are in line with all the packages of sanctions imposed by the European Union since Russia's invasion of Ukraine. CFM Indosuez has an ad-hoc committee which has and continues to monitor the risks associated with this crisis: monitoring counterparty risks, monitoring flows, reviewing commercial strategy and reporting to regulators. A review of all clients with a Russian connection (nationality, origin of wealth or income) was carried out in 2025, resulting in a small number of client relationships being closed, with no impact on our business.
