In 2025, the teams at CFM Indosuez Wealth Management demonstrated remarkable agility and a steadfast commitment to providing our clients with first-class support, in a complex global environment characterised by political, economic and technological challenges. This momentum has enhanced our firm’s appeal to an increasingly affluent client base, particularly Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), who place their trust in us to manage their wealth. Recognition of our expertise and our solid reputation led BNP Paribas to choose CFM Indosuez as its preferred partner for the sale of its Wealth Management client base in Monaco. Due to be completed by the end of March 2026, this transaction will involve the integration of teams and clients, strengthening our leading position in the Monegasque market. We are delighted to welcome these new talents and clients to our Bank. This acquisition is fully in line with our vision of sustainable growth. It offers its customers continuity of service, recognised expertise and access to one of the most comprehensive ranges of products on the market. We would like to thank our Shareholders and Directors for their ongoing support and renewed confidence. The history of CFM Indosuez is closely linked to that of the Principality, reflecting more than a century of mutual commitment. In October 2025, we renewed our partnership with the Oceanographic Institute for a further three years at a ceremony attended by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. This renewal, alongside our support for the Compagnie des Ballets de Monte-Carlo since 1999, demonstrates our commitment to contributing to the cultural and environmental influence of the Principality. Following the change in senior management on 1 October 2025, we have implemented a new sales structure to strengthen our relationship with customers. The successes of the last quarter, including record net inflows, demonstrate our collective momentum and the soundness of our decisions. Our Ambitions 2025 project, structured around the pillars of Client, People and Society, has enabled us to strengthen our bespoke support and our long-term commitment. The launch of the new 2026-2028 Medium-Term Plan has reaffirmed our commitment to putting the client at the heart of everything we do. Work is progressing on the refurbishment of CFM Indosuez’s iconic building in Monaco, with the aim of offering both our clients and our staff a completely revamped experience by the end of 2027. Driven by the commitment of our teams and the loyalty of our clients, we look to the future with determination, confident that our strategic vision and the strength of the Principality of Monaco and our collective efforts will enable us to rise to the challenges and make a lasting contribution to the development of the Indosuez Group.
